After attempting to get my new phone activated over the phone, I had to run over to this AT&T, which I'm not particularly fond of and I barely trust them to simply activate a device but I ran out of options. I got there about 45 min before closing according to the web and their sign on the door. A very large unprofessional employee stood toward the back of the store giving me a "cut it out" gesture (you know, waiving his hand back and forth at his neck) and mouthed we're closed. Since he didn't have the courtesy to even move, I pointed to the hours on the door and said 9pm. He just shook his head and continued the gesture. There were 4-5 employees just sitting there participating in what I could only assume was an employee circle jerk. Don't waste your time or money here, just go to Stillwater or Enid to an actual AT&T retail store. The employees there actually have some customer service skills and intelligence.

I called about getting home internet and the guy was so rude and not helpful. Acted like he was above speaking on the phone to me.

I waited for over 30 minutes to purchase a simple charge cable. The elderly lady before me waited longer. When she finally mustered the nerve to ask for help, and said she had been waiting for over 30 minutes, two of the young girls there snapped back at her. One left and went on a smoke break while both of us waited. How do I know, she was getting her smoke out on the way out the back, and came back in wreaking of cigarette smoke. The girl who had taken the smoke break told the little old lady that it is not their fault that they are short staffed and that she is here now, how can she help. The little lady just needed a simple phone case and the girl exclaimed "is that all" and shook her head, rudely. When it was my turn, I told the same girl that it appeared that she was a little stressed and more than a little rude to the old lady. She told me to mind my own business. I wish I could find the owner. The other employees thought this all was funny.

Cellular retailer located in a busy shopping plaza. Customers are greater by a customer service rep upon entering the store at the front. This is a great feature and the customer isn't left standing wondering where to go. The store is nice and clean, very bright and pleasant. Customer service reps are polite and helpful. My visit was typical, but the gentleman who helped me was incredible. He not only solved the issue I was having, but went out of his way to insure I left a happy customer. Customer service reps can make or break an experience. This rep made mine a great experience!
