No wait to see someone. Employees really seem to enjoy what they do. Norm was incredible to work with!  Helped me switch over from another phone company. No pushy sales.  Actually went and looked at other companies before signing with them, and definitely made the right choice. Thank you!

Every time I have an issue to deal with, they are helpful, friendly, and go out of their way to resolve it. Love this AT&T store.

I am not a customer, but a technician named Matt decided he could use my patio as a sidewalk while working on my neighbors place...WHICH IS ILLEGAL!  I asked him to stay off and he pulled a snotty attitude and said he ddidn't even care if I complained about him...it wasn't his problem!   He was actually walking so close to my patio door he might as well have been in my apartment!   Then when I did call to complain, the company admitted they knew it was illegal, but gave me attitude and a run around!  I will tell EVERYBODY I know to drop ATT and go elsewhere!  IMMORAL COMPANY!  I will never deal with this company in the future!
