The Cashiers & Greeters are super nice. The stock employees go out of their way to help if you can't find what you are looking for on your own. The checkout people make it a point to ask if you found your item without any problems. Two thumbs up!

I had the most amazing experience.  Alright,  store manager Glen and Auto manager and assistant manager whom went above and BEYOND,  today,  THANK YOU!!!!!  YOU GUYS ARE MY HEROES!!  Glen,  you are a stand up guy who made the impossible happen.  Thank you,  truly!!!  Please thank the two gentlemen I met also.  Sincerely a loyal and new found believer in your store and all of Walmart stores,  the oil filter guy.  -Mark

Great Walmart and large selection compared to others, employees are extremely friendly and helpful for the most part, however I will never shop at this location again due to their management! If you make a purchase here, don't expect them to return it or price match it - even if you have the receipt and are inside Walmart's return policy!! The management is downright rude, condescending and in some cases will not even talk to you... I asked to speak with a manager about a price match  (from another Walmart!!) and was rudely told to leave and that I could not speak to the store's manager or assistant manager!

I would give one star, but the other employees are great!

It is always busy.  The cashiers seem to be efficient &  friendly.  Always a choice of brands, produce, with reasonable prices.   The store looks to be clean.  I did not check or make use of the bathroom.   If that is clean, then the rest of the store must not be too bad.  Customer service has always been good.

I had the opportunity to stay here last weekend, and it was by far the best place I've stayed at in the Madison area. The hotel is clean, the beds are comfortable, the rates are very affordable, they serve an excellent complentary daily buffet breakfast, and- best of all- the staff is friendly, helpful, and professional. I will definitely make this my 'home away from home' when I'm in the Madison area from now on, and will recommend the hotel to anyone looking for a quality place to stay!
