I had a great experience here. I purchased a phone and in the process was given information with no frills. My questions were answered. The process took a little longer than I thought it would, but I felt an overall sense that they wanted me to leave happy.

Rich helped me unlock an iPhone a few days ago. Very helpful, kind, fast. I give 5 stars because of how great a job Rich did. I did have a bad experience with a screen protector that never got resolved.

I have went  in there many time the first time I went in I was help but  Austin I was less then happy about the Help I got.  However I went back to the location because it was the nearest location to my house there was an employee their name Cheryl who is beyond helpful she went out of her way to get deposits wait for me. And then I had fraud take place on my account she spent over four hours of her own time trying to make everything right. All I can say is that  Cheryl is the only reason I am still with at&t

I have been going to this location for years and have generally received very good service. My last experIenece however was exceptional. I was assisted by Cheryl and she was able to answer all my questions and help me with everything I needed. I will continue to use this location for technical support.

The manager fails to tell you everything that's involved with your purchase... you are told your bill will be $100 and you get your bill and is 300! What a joke!  I'm very disappointed! After I spent 4 hours waiting in store for a phone, I get the shock of a bill that is over double.  Will not be returning to this location.
