Basic Old Navy. The staff were friendly during my visit. Did try to purchase a shirt from the sale rack that had been marked down two or three times with little orange stickers all stuck over each other. When it rang up the cost was 4x the sale price and the employee didn't bother to tell me it didn't ring up as advertised, instead she stuffed it in the bag. I questioned why my three $7.00 shirts cost $44.00 and after reviewing the receipt I found the reason. One of the other $7.00 shirts was the Exact same shirt just a different color so I asked why they were both on the sale rack and both marked to the same price with orange price tags but one cost 4x the price of the other. Her reply was simply; it wasn't on sale due to the seasons and that's just how they do it sometimes. I had her remove the shirt, payed for the other two and left. Im still puzzled why they would do that.

Where is it almost a half hour just to buy one item. Some prices were very misleading

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!  I had an issue with the item that I bought and TERRY was very friendly and helpful to make sure that it was resolved.

Good selection of clothes, I am tall and skinny so I could not find pants here but otherwise a good store.

Got a good deal on a scarf. Considering winter is coming I'm going to use the scarf. It's kind of like a medium sized blanket that's meant to be folded up on your neck. It'll work nicely.
