The first I was there the staff was helpful, but not the second the staff was rude, They did not wait on me right away Maybe because I had a stroller with a baby with me so they didn't take me seriously. The staff was not helpful at all and just looked at me. I had to ask somebody to help me which still was not helpful.

The store is too small. They need more space, it's so cramped I opted for shopping online instead. On the off chance I do go to the store it's a great experience and the staff is friendly.

A possible great place to buy cosmetics ruined by the customer experience. The workers have a stuck up attitude and are unwilling to help customers. Workers should never roll their eyes and laugh at customers because they feel they are better looking than them. My advice to the company is to hire a whole new crew who is willing to give a fantastic customer experience and to treat EVERY single customer that walks through their doors with respect.

This store has THE WORST customer service I have ever encountered . The staff is rude and uppity and only wait on the people they want to wait on . I knew they had a reputation for this but we experienced it first hand today . Needless to say my daughter will be using her gift card online instead of in the store . Also Shane on MAC for letting these types of people represent their product . Frankly I would be very embarrassed . It is a great product so I guess they don't care if their sales staff are assholes and make people feel bad . Wow , just wow . Get some new people ! A business would not be successful without customers . Very disgusted right now .
