You might as well skip this store and go online.  You'll learn more than the employees are trained about and not waste your time doing simple things. Plus, the store never has phones in stock anyways, so they will have to order it just like you would online... Seriously this store is a joke.

The individual assisting me spent the whole time on his phone on Facebook which drug out an already long process.  Will buy my phones online from here on out.

The staff is helpful with most of my needs. Only gave 3 stars because some of the staff don't take the time to make sure that the screen is dust free before installing screen protectors. So just be aware and watch them closely I'd you have them install a screen protector.
