Don't every try to call. Albert was no help. He puts me on hold because somebody walked into the store. He then takes me off hold and says I need to call you back later so he can take care of the customer that just walked in. Is this the way you guys really run business? Horrible. If I ran my business like this I sure as hell wouldn't be in business very long. I will be looking for a different carrier.

I arrived in the morning when it was not busy, and traded up from an older flip phone to a Samsung S6. The entire staff was kind and helpful, and transferred my phone number contacts to the new phone, and gave me a basic tutorial, and answered all of my questions. Thank you Sarah, Albert (and one other female employee) for all of your help, kindness and knowledge. You made it a very pleasant experience!

They are all very nice and helpful. Always take their time to answer questions and look up account information even if you dont buy anything

Very happy with the new staff at the store , the know what their doing and their customer service is incredible , if anybody is looking for a phone from at&t make sure you go to this location.
