Love this shop. I am a new rider and don't know too much about what I am doing yet. John Robertson did a wonderful job at fitting my bike and played with a few options to optimize my posture and comfort. Great shop. Everyone is helpful and friendly. Highly recommend.

They first gave me a long sales pitch on the amount of work my bike needs (they quoted me a couple hundred dollars minimally) when I just came in for a chain replacement.  I told them I couldn't afford all of it and I just wanted the chain replaced right now and they then tried to man handle me into paying them the entire couple hundred dollars by saying they'd only do all of the work or nothing. I argued with them for a little while asking them to please replace my chain, but they refused to do the small job and kept trying to upsell me on the couple hundred dollar repairs. So, I had to leave the store without my bike chain replaced. I even called before coming in to make sure they'd have the chain and could install it. I felt very taken advantage of and like I'd been at a cheap used car sales lot.   I will never waste my time here again and I recommend you don't either.

I have been shopping at the Bike Shop for years and have always been very pleased with the service. I am closer to two other shops but my wife and I still drive down to this place. They never try to sell me things I don't need, the give honest feedback on products and backup what they sell. They have even let me use a loaner wheel and gave an extended time to try a new seat, which was awesome. You really can't go wrong! Lastly, the weekly shop rides are great, with an option to suit anyone's level.

This is a great bike shop, staff is super friendly and know there bikes. Highly recommended for service and retail
