The quality of service in AT&T offers is terrible. I’ve lived here for less than 5 months and this is the second time I’ve had (major) issues. In September they had all three of their towers “degraded” (whatever that means, I had little to no service despite the fact that my AT&T phone said I had LTE - big surprise there) and now one of their towers, apparently the only one I use is down. Both of my knowledge of those issues came directly from AT&T customer service reps who barely spoke English. I went into the store once to get help and I literally had to wait a lifetime, despite the fact that there was barely anyone in the store. The employee I talked to was very unprofessional. He made several inappropriate comments about a young lady in the store at the time. Guess he assumed that just because we were about the same way we had equal disrespect for girls. His mistake. Overall I am very displeased with AT&T all across the board. If I could give less than a one star rating I absolutely would. If you are thinking about joining I hope for your own sake you reconsider. If you are already a customer, sorry about your luck. As for me, a poor college student. It’s the best I can do for now, but Verizon will have a new customer very shortly.

I always have consistently excellent service at this store.  They are always willing to go above and beyond to meet all my wireless needs.  Love these guys!
