Cashier's are very nice, prices are good. Don't go expecting to be helped. The aisles are always empty and floor employees don't bother paying attention to the PA help system. If they do answer and get to you they will have an attitude.

The string trimmer I wanted was out of stock, but one of the employees offered to help. He said it could be ordered and would arrive within one week. Also, he checked other locations and found that the Fairfield location had 3 in stock. I was at Home Depot recently and did not have this level of help. Go Lowe's!

I purchased a 26" blind for my house. When I opened the box which was completely sealed the blind was 243/4". I returned it to the store and complained to the manager because I had driven all the way to my home and back to the store. The manager said that my time wasn't important. I went to Home Depot and purchased a new blind.

Very friendly and helpful employees. This store always seems to carry more items in stock than our local store so we like to shop here.
