I just met with Paige at this store to correct a problem with my phone. She is the coldest rudest woman I've ever encountered in a customer service position. I'm looking to change carriers now.

I have had AT&T service for many years and I have always had great Customer Service; great on-hands I-phone I-pod tutorials and a service plan no other could compete with.  I am a happy and very satisfied customer; therefore I absolutely have no hesitation recommending them.

They help me every time I go in there. Its a great store. The manager is very knowledgeable and helped me go in the right direction for what I really needed.

Devon was amazing! He gave me the overall best customer service care that I have EVER experienced in a retail setting. I switched over from Verizon because they were charging me way too much., so I upgraded my iPhone 6 to a 7 which I am loving. The associate assured me I could get the same great service for half the rates! Who doesn't like perks! If you 'real looking to switch to AT&T Devon is your guy!
