Too big and pricey for me. But I must day that I really appreciated the sales team. Every dept I went in some one came to offer help. They also gave me their name and left me alone when I said no thank you. The tv's were amazing as was the selection, but again a bit too many for me to make a decision.

I can't recommend that anyone use Best Buy for tech support. Their support techniques are extremely rudimentary for the prices that they charge. In my experience, they will use a couple basic diagnostic disks and if those disks can't see a hardware issue, they will just tell you to buy a new computer. There ARE knowledgeable employees in the Geek Squad, but Best Buy policies hinder them

Well, not all Best Buys are exactly the same I have learned. The General Manager at this one is a dude name Jesse....and he is the most helpful Manager I have ever had the pleasure of meeting and solving an "issue"...and truthfully, it seemed like the vast majority of his employees take his lead. Good job guys.

Always someone around to help. The staff is approachable and are familiar with their products. I'm usually in and out within 5-10min. when I'm here just to pick up ink, so they don't have long wait times. Reasonable prices!

I can't believe I spent 23$ on a USB cord, but when you need it now Best Buy is the place to go. Good hours and plenty of parking. Staff is friendly and quite helpful.
