The worst customer service I have ever received. Had to go back 4 times to have my tires balanced because they couldn't get it right, and still couldn't. But that's not the main issue I have. The store manager agreed to reimburse me to go to another shop where they noted all wheels were unbalanced and the incorrect weights were used. When I went back to get reimbursed, the situation escalated to the point where management had to push the employees of the tire department into the back room to try and stop their outrageous behavior. Then one of the employees comes back and looks straight at me and says "I'm clocking out so I can f#*% you up!" Simply absurd, unprofessional and shocking behavior. Suffice to say I'll never be shopping there again. Sams club, you should be ashamed of yourself!

This has the most awesome employs the most helpful customers in any store I have ever been to I had misplaced my phone and there was not anybody customers or employees that did not stop to help me look for it in the end we found it and I was so happy I will definitely be back over and over again

I ordered extra chicken for a memorial service and James did an excellent job. The chicken was cooked longer and they were delicious. And most importantly the time I said I would be there the chicken was ready for pickup.

This is the worst Sams club I have ever shopped at. The coffee isle is stocked with 90% keruic coffee products. If you buy bean coffee good luck finding a product you like, unless you like breakfast blend.

If you find a product you like they probably won't restock the same item. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!
