Briana is one of the best sales people I have ever encountered.  She is personable, understanding and truly knows her stuff.  Would not go to any other AT&T store.

Only two employees, but the one I talked to was helpful. Came in to switch four lines from T-Mobile and got it done pretty quickly.

EDIT (originally 4 stars): Employee apparently put my account on the wrong unlimited plan. However, a quick call to 611 solved the problem.

This is fro the new location next to the Trader Joe's in Westlake Village:

I cannot praise this store enough. Sebastian and his crew provides the best customer service I have ever encountered, hands down, When they didn't have the correct phone  in stock  for my daughter, he insisted on making a special trip to Calabasas to accommodate us. On another occasion I bought a new Iphone 7 and Sebastian personally helped us with all of the transfers and setup. Also, I had a major issue with an ATT billing error, Sebastian spent nearly 3 hours on the phone helping us set things right. I have never felt rushed or ignored. They treat every person like they are the only customer in the store.This is where I will be doing all of my cellular business from now on. And so should you!

Service was good. They did not provide the exact monthly fee on a prepaid line if added using my account. But helped us set up a new prepaid connection. It took long time to process but the end made it work.
