Horrible, I have never in my life seen a bigger group of lazy people!  The last two times I've been in there, there's been MAYBE 3 other customers and at least 10 employees standing around doing NOTHING or cackling amongst themselves.  I went in today to inquire about a product which I had seen online  and wanted to see if they by chance they had it in the store. After a good 6-7 minutes of looking for it, a girl finally approached me  ( again, maybe 2 other people in the store ), I asked her for the product, she told me it didn't exist.  A moment later in a very snotty attitude she said " oh yeah I guess it does", pointed at it and walked away.
I have 35 people that work for me ( in a professional business, which this store IS NOT ), if I ever heard anyone talk to a client the way she did me, they'd be out of a job in a matter of minutes.   I realize they make minimum wage and aren't professionally trained but,  show some class. 
 I will not set foot in that location again and will discourage all that I can,  including some that supplies product to them.

I LOVE this place!!!! It has everything!!!! No seriously I could live in this store and everyone who works here is super cool too and they know everything about all the products so no guesswork! ❤️❤️❤️❤️

The people that work here are so nice and helpful! If you need anyone to do your false lashes, ask for Stephanie!! She's amazing at doing falsies. Thank you Stephanie!!!
