I never write bad reviews but this one needs to be put out there! I have never in my entire life had to deal with bad customer service and I deal with customer service on the daily basis! Today I walked into the at&t store  to have them fix my iPhone 7 128 gb that i paid over $900 for them to tell me i need to go to apple pertaining to the update on my phone i told the guy that i shouldn't have to go all the way to apple when there is ONLY ONE apple store in the west palm beach county area! He told me that i was catching an attitude with him but i have every write to because I AM THE PAYING CUSTOMER THE LAST TIME I CHECKED AND THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT! Instead of me going back and forth with his immature self i walked out the store and i stated i am calling cooperate and I asked him what was his name his exact words to me were " YOU DON'T NEED TO KNOW ALL OF THAT" and the funny is i went to the store on Thursday to purchase a new screen protector and he was the one that sold it to me  at&t sent me a text telling me who i got it from his name is Zachary D. and he didn't even tell me how much it was to begin with he just put it on my phone and then told me how much it was and that is NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE! I called the store to speak to a manager and the manager wasn't on duty today! Thats why he spoke to me the way he did, because i bet it the manager was there he wouldn't have did any of that! I will be contacting the store TOMORROW and will be speaking to a manager because i don't not appreciate this at all! & I will be getting a refund for my screen protector! My grandmother has worked for this company for over 25 years when the company was SENT, CIRCULAR AND THEN AT&T! THIS PLACE DOESN'T DESERVE A STAR!

By far the worst att store worse management worse employees worse customer service - the neighborhood reflects its staff - 21 years with att moving to T-Mobile after the awful service and treatment I got from dwan and his manager — looks like a gangbanger talks like one

Surprised by negative reviews.  I have always had excellent service here and has always been efficient.  I go to this store over the mall because they have never pushed to change plans, etc. just took care of my needs.

When there aren't a lot of people waiting you can get help right away other wise its a long wait. They don't have a lot of people working on in the morning.

The guy that I bought a new iPhone 📱 7 from loaded extra charges onto me without disclosing. Also he told me my account was paid in full. Wrote 3 checks to ensure it and now AT&T just called for past due charges. Really????  🤥. I will find his name and call his mgr & corporate and complain. Bout ready to leave AT&T for overcharging & incompetent employees. Just a scam.
