You cannot reach anyone by phone unless your awfully lucky, I wish they had more staff..I am looking to swap all my things over to AT&T but after 2 calls and no call backs but to leave a message I wonder if it's worth it.

Well this store need a more employees, I was in a qui     today my number was second and I be waiting for last 1 hour inside the store and still only there is 1 guy who helped the customers and his very slow,,, no other to help to us so I was waiting and waiting then I get out my self out after 1 hour and they don't care about it....might be they don't need more customer I was there for transfer my number like portability with att but they don't need to take care of me that's fine then I go somewhere else.find other service.

Staff was very helpful and friendly even when there was a women being disruptive in the store
