I have an Iphone that does not work. In the past week I cannot make or receive calls. I have visited this store five times, I have chatted with both ATT and Apple techs many times and I have driven 444 miles to go to Apple stores twice, on the recommendation of this store's employees. I wanted to return a phone I bought at this store that I could not use for even a 911 call. The staff said they would not help me. They said I have to continue to pay for a phone that does not work. I have been a loyal customer to ATT with six devices. I have not missed any payment and I have been treated unfairly.

I love AT&T because you have a great service you don't lose connection too many places very few places as they take good care of you it's just a great place to get your phone

i really cant say anything positive about this store.  The workers are not nice.  the management is not helpful.  I have not been treated well the last 2 times I was in there and I was there to upgrade a line and add another.  never again in this store.  go to the att authorized retail store by Texas Roadhouse instead and see store manager Nathan.

The people that work here along with the manager are the most rude and disrespectful people I have ever come across. When the manager called att tech support she was even nasty to them. She told us and tech support our issue could not be fix we ended up going to best buy to have our issue fix guess what it was fixed. I truly think they need to replace all of the workers in this store!
