Manager, Raeon, was rude and impatient. He seemed completely uninterested in understanding my issue and was dismissive and interruptive. Repeatedly called me "bro" and was extremely informal and condescending, even raising his voice at times. I had the overwhelming sense that his responsibilities were an inconvenience for him as he kept insisting that he didn't have time to dedicate to my needs. I have never been treated so improperly in any customer service interaction - ever. Left the store with my issue unaddressed. I will never do business with ATT again.

PLEASE READ!! Exactly how it happened!! I have been an AT&T customer my entire life and recently started a new account with my wife, who switched over from Verizon. We accepted to attempt the direct tv promotion. Free iPhone 7, offered $100 credit on our account, and $100 visa debit card from this AT&T store. I made sure to ask if the setup with direct tv was unattainable, due to lack of satellite service, will I be charged for the phone. He said as long as you go through the entire process you will not be charged. LIE Number 1! First bill, we were charged for the new iPhone 7. I call AT&T service and was told on the third bill I will be reimbursed and will not have to continue to pay for the iPhone. LIE Number 2! She mentioned the $100 credit and visa debit is through the store. I went to the store and explained my situation. He said I was told false information from a fellow sales person. He checked with whoever sits in the back of the office, if anyone actually does, and stated no you did not setup with direct tv we can not do anything for you. How is it my problem that your employee delivered false information to get a sale? He said sorry and shrugged his shoulders. So no free iPhone, no $100 credit, and no $100 visa debit that was promised the day we set up and over the phone with AT&T service. I decided to I've them one more chance, but saw my third bill and no refund for the phone which was promised. I called again and spoke with a supervisor or manager who was able to take $20 off a month. She was very polite and stated since the direct tv was not set up there is nothing she can do. AT&T SALES PEOPLE at this store LIE and LIE to make a sale. Pathetic customer service and even worse supervision who did not even come out of the back to speak with a customer.

I went in today with an issue with my phone and Victoria and Shane were so helpful and patient. Unfortunately after trying everything they both could do to help fix my phone, it was discovered that it was a defective device sent to me by a different party. .The help didn't stop there. Victoria took the time to contact those that needed to be contacted and she got me my new phone. thank you so much

Came in for a simple transaction 29 min ago, and I'm still waiting.... terrible customer service!!!!!
