I've been trying to call them all morning to find out some info on getting remote start installed in a vehicle. I have not even got a person on the phone yet. I've called over 4 times and I'm assuming, when someone calls. They just put the person on hold. Out of the 4 calls, I have waited the total of an hour of being on hold before I have even reached anyone. I just want to ask them a question lol Oh yeah, and I'm still on hold....

They've been open since 10AM, it's now 51 minutes later and my call still isn't picked up.  I tried other extensions.  Same deal.   No one will answer the phone.  I even called the national number to verify that the store is actually open and I had the phone number correct.  I'm still on hold now, listening to annoying Muzak that is enough to drive anyone nuts.  It's not like there would be a crowd there today.  It's like zero degrees outside and nobody's out.  I figured it would be a good day to get my PC upgraded.  I inquired before at Geek Squad about installing an upgrade and they said call first in the morning to find out how busy they were.  Because I wanted same-day pick-up.   So I call to get an early start on the issue, and no one will answer.  I had a day of it planned, shopping and running errands while they upgraded my PC.  I want to get started on that day.  But they won't answer the phone.  I was anxious to get groceries-I'm out of everything.  But they won't answer the phone.  I need to get a hair cut and buy a pair of boots and planned on doing that while they fixed my PC.  But they won't answer the phone at Best Buy.  I'm anxious to start my day.  But they won't answer the phone.  55 minutes later, they still won't answer the phone.

The difference between this best buy and every other best buy is staggering. I've been in numerous times now and each time I have to seek out an employee for any help or information at all. Best Buys commitment is to nag you with their customer service because that's their job - How can you be missing the one thing that actually sets Best Buy apart?

Great experience here! William was exceptionally helpful and even ordered us a computer with better specs for a very reasonable price. Would highly recommend, and I'm a tech guy, so I know what I'm talking about when it comes to computers. Will definitely be shopping here again!

Horrible customer service. They have a problem with listening and comprehending simple things. I absolutely hate Amazon but that is where I will be making any new electronic purchases. 
 To make a long story short I took an Xbox 1 X back that I purchased there I told the girl at customer service I wanted an exchange and she put it through as a return. Since item was bought through a loan service called affirm, I do not have card it was put on. So money will pay off that loan and I guess in a month after it is closed I could fill out another loan and do it again. Seems like a minor issue but to me it passed me off more than you can imagine. You won't get my business anymore after I cash out my 80 dollars worth of best buy points.
