Went into this store yesterday morning with many problems and luckily i got a female who knew her At&t knowledge. She was very helpful and made my day so much better by solving all my issues. Will be going to this location from now on

Every time I come to this store all my questions are answered with a " I don't know" . I was asking the lady questions about my bill and she was more focused on watching the the movie that they had on . This is the third time I come to this store and it's always a really bad experience. I always prefer going to the one in Trenton , they are trained for any questions.

Honestly had the worst experience at this store, long story but let’s just say that this store is not an att corporate store, it is owned by an individual, the people that were working at the time really jacked things up for us and we ended up not getting what they said it was. Went back to the store and they were closed for days, then went to the Trenton store and we were helped accordingly

Don't waste your time going here.  Drive a mile or two and go to the n10th and trenton store.  We stood waiting for 20 minutes and no one even acknowledged us at the edinburg location.  We then left and went to the 10th/trenton store and were greeted immediately and taken care of in less than 10 minutes.

This place is great the customer service is good and fast as he can be with out rushing through other customers. Even when customers are rude they act professional.
