Salesman ( Arturo) was very knowledgeable, professional, and polite. His supervisor (Janet, the store manager) was very knowledgeable and courteous in supervising his work towards closing the sale. Her supervisor (Sam, the District Manager) ensured that outstanding customer service happened during this sale. All 3 of them represented Conn's professionally and I will recommend this store to all of the people I know that are interested in purchasing household items.

Been a loyal Lowe’s customer for years... I love kolbolt tools!!! This Lowe’s employees are lazy, unhelpful, unperfessional... id much rather drive to a different location or even take my business to Home Depot than to go to this location ever again!!!!

Waited for 30 mins for a simple propane gas tank that was at the highest shelf and needed a lift to bring it down; so an employee from that department who said he would be back never did. I asked two other employees who told me that that was not their department. Finally had to speak with a manager who got the ball rolling.
