I've worked with At the Lake Vacation Rentals for three years to rent my lake home during the summer, and the experience has been overwhelmingly positive. They were always (no exceptions) courteous and helpful, working with me to find quick solutions if anything went wrong and being equally quick to get checks to me. My tenants have also said they were happy with this company -- from the rapid response from staff to the overall value of the rental for their money. Staff are fair minded and always try to do the best for both owners and tenants. I highly, highly recommend them. They've been in this business for decades and really know the area and seasonal rental business better than any other company out there.

We have rented our vacation home with At The Lake Vacation Rentals for the last three summer seasons.  Everyone we have interacted with has been professional and considerate of both us as renters as well as the people renting.  Their insights and suggestions have always been helpful, showing their extensive experience and good sense!  They call us with any concerns, and have a reliable and responsive team ready to remedy anything that unexpectedly surfaces.  As we continue to rent, we will have At The Lake Vacation Rentals list our home!

We have been using at the lakes Rentals since 1995.  We wouldn't use anyone else.  Sue and her team are FIVE STARS PLUS!!!  Any problems,  any situation,  is handled with Courtesy and Respect not only to our renters but to us as well.   You won't find a better Vacation rental company better than, At The Lake Vacation Rentals.

If you want the best agency in the Lakes Region of New Hampshire for vacation rentals, this is it.  The service is outstanding.  The team is attentive to any and every detail.  Don't waste time looking elsewhere.

Super friendly, and very easy to work with.  Great communication and addressed all concerns / questions we had before and during our stay at the lake.

Their fees are MUCH less than some of the bigger rental places ( like VBRO ).

We would do business with them again and probably will.
