The value of the perks is awesome. The customer support is also very good. I had a question while on the ship and was able to get the answer immediately from CruCon. I live in NH so I like to promote local business as well. I did hear a lot of people on the ship talking about CruCon being the best.

CruCon and especially my booking agent Laura, have been outstanding to work with. Laura is always willing to work with us to make the best cruise arrangements possible and afford us whatever amenities are available at the time of booking, both from the cruise line itself and CruCon. We feel very comfortable when making cruise arrangements with CruCon and always feel we are treated as a valuable client.

I love the BEST option when it is offered at a great discount, and CruCon sometimes does this. The customer service team as well as the booking staff go the extra mile to accommodate every request, even those that are challenging to work on.  We really like Crucon!

CruCon has always been able to add something extra to what the cruise lines offer. We just booked our 4th cruise with CruCon.  Service has been great and the people extremely helpful.   Everyone should check with CruCon after booking while on a cruise, you will not be disappointed!

If I could give a minus 10 review I could. Horrible customer service. I have spent hours on the phone over a 3 month period trying to get reservations linked and dining times coordinated. Yesterday on the phone for 90 minutes, 3 way call with cruise line, and still nothing resolved. This cruise will be our 31st and worst booking experience ever. 
Please never book with Crucon but use Vacations to Go as the are fabulous! Maran Morgan at Vacations to Go is so knowledgeable and prompt.
