This box is outstanding! Excellent coaches that are genuinely friendly. The tight nit community vibes are very inviting if you're just dropping in, or trying to get into Crossfit. When you come to this box you get more than professional experienced coaches, you aquire many friends and a safe and structured environment for any skill level to excel and make massive gains.

Awesome place to CF!!!  A very clean and up to date facility with 42' of rig.. They are very experienced trainers that have also competed at individuals, and for teams in CrossFit regionals.  The owner is part of CF training staff, and runs a tight and safe shop.   The community is easy going and beginner friendly.  You won't find chalk throwing screamers here ;), just a good bunch of friends killin' wods.
