I have been a member of Healthy Inspirations in Atascadero for over a year.  I have not lost weight but gained weight.  They can not keep staff and the owner is only interested in making money off of her clients.  Unfortunately,. I signed a two year contract and hope I do not gain to much weight back that I loss with another weight loss program during the next six months I have left with this program.  I am truly sorry to my friends and family that I have gotten to join and are gaining to.  I am also sorry if this business closes but I have heard that this has been happening for years even when it was under another name.  Buyer beware this is a Christian based business so if you have any other belief or religion there will be moments that you will find yourself being preached at to a point of disrespecting individual choice. I have been going to Healthy insparations in Atascadero for over a year. Everyone is very nice and supportive. I have truly enjoy going here and they have been a positive impact on my life.

I have been a member for about 5 months now & I have been very happy. What I have learned the most is about taking responsibility for my own health & wellness. I have reached my 40% goal and probably would have been closer to my goal but I get side tracked with life sometimes and use comfort food to "feel better". I am learning to not be so hard on myself. The staff is trained & have a solid understanding of the psychology of why we eat & so give the appropriate information.

The staff has been in this industry for a good long time & have recently hired on new college graduates who majored in nutrition. One of the many things I like about this company is that there has never been any pressure to purchase their products (as they sell themselves) & the easy access to their wellness amenities that are included in the membership. Definately the best value for your money. Take control of your life ladies. Get healthy & feel vibrant & sexy again.

I want to add that I have not been asked to write this review or compensated in any way. I came to yelp because I am moving out of the area for school & wanted to write about my personal experience. After reading a strange and derogatory review here I have searched for other reviews by this person. It is against Yelp rules to use a name that is not your name (red flag), This rule is set for accountabilty factors (red flag), also there have been more than a few reviews by this same individual rating unhealthy food choices (red flag). Especially when you are supposed to be proactively choosing to take responsibility for one's own health (red flag). Ladies do your own due diligence before taking my word or anyone's else's & read your contract. Unfortunately there are those who would like to blame others for their own misgivings.
