Great place, amazing staff, well priced ($25 for military a month which includes tanning and childcare. Facilities have small lockers and bathrooms. Excellent equipment, includes a almost CrossFit like workout station: ropes, free weights, adult jungle gym. Highly recommend.

The equipment here is in excellent condition. They also offer a weekly membership plan for people on vacation in the area.

Always a great place to workout! The hours, and days are perfect! Always clean and equipment is well maintained! THE STAFF IS INCREDIBLE! HELPFUL AND K KNOWLEDGEABLE!

Went in the afternoon on a weekend to check out the place. Not very crowded at all. We waited at the front desk for about 10 minutes before an employee came out. He apologized and was nice though. We asked him to show us around. It's essentially one big studio space, not much to it. Looked clean and at that time there were plenty of machines. He did say that it gets really crowded early in the morning and around 5pm, which makes sense since people would want to go before and after work. They offer a bunch of classes and have schedules available online and in store. Before we left he even offered us 4 day guest passes to try out the gym, which was nice. He went through their membership plans, pretty straight forward, and answered our questions about discounts and promotions.

I really like this place.  It's extremely intimidating going to the gym when you have a bit of weight to lose, but the staff is extremely friendly and the people that go there are quite nice.
