Worst experience at a hair salon ever. All they care about is getting you out as soon as possible at your own expense. They didn't even listen to what I wanted and they made me wait over an hour.

On my three recent three visits we were made to wait more than 15 minutes in spite of having an appointment.  Also on all three occasions people who came after us were catered before us.   The only conclusion I can reach is that they're neither professional nor courteous.  Or they're merely disorganized.   Hopefully this is not being done because of our skin color.

Make you wait 45 minutes for a haircut even though you booked an appointment. Rude when questioned about this. Shop has been opened late with me waiting outside. The owner talks down to her staff in front of customers. Never really gets the cut right even when it's been explained multiple times. I have been a regular here and am always willing to give people a chance, but after this last experience I will never be returning. The owner needs to learn what customer service is and how to treat unsatisfied customers. If you want a haircut, I would look elsewhere....

I just love the facials. I have been to other salons, even medical salons and I have to say that they do the most winderful, relaxing facials. I have had several facials for the past few years there and, by far, the best!! Staff always courteous and nice.

I loved my entire experience here. From pedicure to manicure. Completely hygienic. An optional 2-3 minute shoulder rub just takes the experience over the top. If only I lived closer, this would be the ONLY place I go to for my mani/pedi needs
