I have been going through billing Hell with the billing department.
After paying for my therapy they have yet to correct my billing statement.
It's been over a year.   I have sent registered letters, emailed and even called.   
Every time I call they take a message and say the billing manager will call me. 
They never have!
I simply dont know what to do about these people.  Physical therapy was fine (a little expensive) but the billing department is terrible.
If I need PT in the future I will make sure to find another place to work with.  This isn't worth the hassle.

I came here for PT for three months after a bad ankle sprain. I was at PT three times a week, and I can tell you that the facility and therapist are good. You have to be proactive and stay on top of your growth - but I would say that for anything. They were always great about rescheduling and working with my doctor and insurance. Would recommend.
