Christine Klimek helped us tremendously in 2011 during the housing bust!  My husband, daughter and I were in a situation where we needed to sell our house and move in a short period of time so our daughter could start school.  Christine was able to advise us on small updates to make to enable a quick sell.  We discussed our options with rental versus sell since we were in a tough market.  We were surprised and relieved when within a month Christine had brought us a rental contract and buy contract!   Christine handled the negotiations and all the inspection and closing details with professional thoroughness.  We were able to move to our new location with a month to spare.  Thank you, Christine!

I used Atlanta Peach Realty when I bought my first house.  To me buying my first property was a big deal and Les was very good at telling me what I needed to know.  He worked around my schedule without a problem. I ended up seeing over 30 houses until I found MY house, and he was extremely patient with me throughout the entire process.  I could always tell my best interest was his only priority.

When our second child was born, Christine helped us sell our apartment and buy a house in a challenging market. She was patient and supportive throughout both processes. She went above and beyond to get us what we wanted at the price we wanted it. I recommend Christine to all my friends and family in the area.
