I spoke with an unprofessional receptionist, who hung up on me, before I could finish my questions. I called back and spoke with a lady name Shana. The Nelkins should consider updating their website, if they no longer own a certain property. Also, this "family owned " establishment should consider training their employees on professionalism.

I have lived a year in these apartments and I never had problems.

Biased only to certain customers which is illegal under federal law. Have called several of their properties and calls are screened. Some act as if they dont speak english others pick up the phone one second and wont answer at all the next calls.
