I passed through here while doing an Uber Pool picking up another passenger. Metro Atlanta is known for having a zillion apartment complexes however when searching for a place to live, rarely does the property management company give potential tenants enough pics to determine if they would be interested in living on their property. These are a few of the shots I took while driving through. My rating is just based on what I saw outside. I have never been inside an apartment here. The area is very nice.

I really like the Chatsworth property when I first visited, but after talking with Adonya I was 100% convinced that we were "home!!" I honestly can't say enough great things about our experiences so far with Chatsworth!! Our transition from Alabama to Georgia and from a house to an apartment has been so much better and easier with Adonya looking out for us!!!

If your disabled or in a wheelchair this place has no sidewalk and is hard to access. The gate is never working and the landscaping people don't know what their doing. If you are gay I wouldn't advise moving in here due to the fact maintenance man called someone a faggott. Near the second pool residents take their dogs to do # 2 and it stinks like dog poo.

Dog feces are one of the most common carriers of the following diseases:
Whipworms.
Hookworms.
Roundworms.
Tapeworms.
Parvo.
Corona.
Giardiasis.
Salmonellosis.

Since 2010 there has been 4 fires. One resident called maintenance to check the gas line and said there was nothing wrong with the gas line. The next day the apartment building caught fire. 1 dog died and 2 cats perrished in the fire. Behind building 4500 a kid was using a box of matches and started a brush fire.

My pros: I love the apartment size and layout...and despite everyone else, I actually gotten mostly good response with management on certain things. Its close to 285 and location is close to MARTA.

However, after my lease is up I am def. moving.  The noise level its HORRIBE in my apartment. I hear everything my upstairs neighbor does, which includes her and her 1000 people stomping around, slamming things to the ground at all hours of the night. I also have to hear the wood creak in my bedroom every time they walk around.  I shouldn't pay all this money for terrible construction and to her stomping all the time. I have countlessly told this to management but nothing has been done.  I hate coming home because as long as they live upstairs, I will forever hear loud noises.  i have to go to someone else's house to study and turn my TV up to tune it out.

Nice for the prices. Very nice, has pool, CrossFit gym, and tenis courts.
