Train late going from AC to lindenwold because truck hit bridge in pennsauken? Ugg. Now it's September 25th. Took free train jitney to catch the 552 train to lindenwold. By hold on, I walk in, and there is a 45 minute delay up on the big board. What happened now? According to the guy working in the ticket booth, mechanical issues. So here we all sit, nothing online warning you , nothing. You find out when you get here your going to arrive at your destination an hour later than planned. Is any discount being offered due to the inconvience? Nope. So, heads up fellow travelers, don't make and important plans when riding the AC to Philly train because , this is not the first time I have walked in the terminal to have to call my ride at the end of my train ride to tell my ride(an inconvience them) I'm gonna be coming in an hour late. This is getting old. Please at least update your online schedule to reflect any current delays, so we can call our rides at the end of our train ride we will be coming in late. AGAIN

There are signs that say, "Please remain in station until train is announced." There is no clear way to know a train was or was not announced before you get there, other than a women yelling at passengers as they try to board 15 minutes before departure time. No organization. No customer service.
