Luggage lost, 3 months later and many calls and paperwork later, still no conclusion. Difficult to get in touch with the appropriate departments, then they send you back to the one you previously spoke to, a useless loop. Each department has a completely different story, from it's been sent to Texas, it's sitting in Atlantic City, it was an Atlantic City and we couldn't get in touch with you,, you've been reimbursed for it and the case is closed. We've obviously not been reimbursed for it, we've been to Atlantic City to follow up, and have called as well. each time we are there, they say it's never been in Atlantic City. How can all these situations be an honest answer during the same conversation? I've never worked with a more incompetent company.

Horrible service! Company is completely disorganized and the staff is incompetent. I purchased a 6am oneway ticket from Atlantic City, NJ to New York, NY and the bus never showed. No one at the station bothered giving us an update, and when I called customer service for a refund I was told I would need to mail my ticket in, in order to be reimbursed. When I asked for the mailing address, the woman told me to check the website. Greyhound provides sub-par service and makes it incredibly inconvenient to be compensated for your trouble. Not at all worth the low prices they brag about. Save yourself the trouble and book elsewhere.

Tried to go to Atlantic city , from New York . I had to wait 4 hours for a driver and then another hour to board. And let's not say there was no chairs to sit and employees were rude , From Atlantic city. Had to wait 2 hours and go to another station because busses kept coming in full, what the hell. And i had to find out by asking around ,because once again employees were rude and not helpful at all. Greyhound services are getting worst and the employees are not fun to talk to either . Costumer service sucks big time.

DO NOT USE GREYHOUND IF YOU ARE ON A TIGHT SCHEDULE! They board at the casinos first and will skip the bus station if filled. Expect to wait ~2 hours for a bus to actually show up. Good luck getting a refund.

Dont use if you are tight on schedule. Expect two hour delays / cancellations. They dont care either. No notification via email or anything.
