Headquartered in Hunt Valley, MD, AFFCU is a full-service financial institution serving the employees, and their families, of over 160 companies and organizations. Originally chartered April 1, 1950, as Baltimore Telephone Federal Credit Union, a few things have changed since our very first days. While our name has obviously changed to Atlantic Financial Federal Credit Union and our field of membership has expanded, the most fundamental aspects have not and will never change.

We've always been a non-profit, full-service financial institution that serves various employee groups and their family members in the Baltimore area. Our commitment to our strategic vision and mission remains steadfast:
