Other branches of BOA always customer friendly but I Always have a hard time here. Only ever one teller working and management seems uncooperative. They are overly friendly when you walk in but every transaction is a ten step headache. Tellers are always friendly never their fault. Not returning even though it is close to my house due to slow service and uncooperative unhelpful management. Cashing a check shouldn't be an ordeal.

My husband and I had almost gone to a different Bank of America branch due to the poor reviews online but I am glad we took the chance. I do recommend that you call and make an appointment before going in. They are an extremely busy branch and in order to keep the same warm and personalized client relationships they have moved to an appointment system. We found this out upon going in, made an appointment for an hour later, got breakfast, came back and were out within a half hour max. We met with David who was extremely friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this branch but again, make sure to make an appointment!!

Went there, almost closing and they could not open account. Manager was very rude. Just left us there. At least someone else suggested us to go to another bank near by and we did go instead and opened account successfully. Manager should have connected us to go to the other bank!

Staff is not helpful everything is an appointment based.  Just use the ATM that's the same level of service or better than what you'll will get.

Very bad experience. The staff including the branch manager and relationship manager are rude and incompetent. They wasted my time. Try to avoid this branch if you can. Closed my account. Never bank with BofA again.
