Nice secure facility. They have various sizes and offer online and auto payments so you never have to worry about the guys from Storage Wars bidding on your stuff.

Good variety of units, kind of pricey. During the winter snow is not removed from the front of your unit you will have to shovel it yourself.

I've had a unit at this facility for over 2 years, but noticed considerable differences after it was taken over a few months ago. When Prime Storage took over things immediately changed. Customer service has diminished, you have to pay a fee to access your unit after their office hours, and I've tried to stop by the office a couple times during normal business hours, only to find it closed. I highly suggest finding a different facility to do business with. Instead of feeling like a small business, it now feels like dealing with a huge company who does not value their customers.
