The crew here is fantastic. I've never ever felt talked down to or badly treated by them. Tim and everyone else is friendly and professional and they behave with integrity. I really appreciate the way they take the time to explain what they're doing to me. This is the best mechanic service I've ever had in my life and I'll always come to them first. Thanks!

Had four new tires installed at the Somersworth, N.H. store. The service was excellent and the staff very informative. Had me in and out in two hours including a free alignment check. They even did a complementary multi-point inspection. Thanks for the service. The coffee was pretty good, too!

I had the worst experience! I would give it 0 stars if I could. They kept my car in the shop for 3 days, and didn't even fix one thing. It was massively inconvenient for me not having a car for such a long period of time. However, they did not seem to care. The first day they did not have a technician, the second day they still did not have one. Apparently, they have a problem with their employees not even showing up. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!

The best auto service center, I will not go anywhere else. I had dealt with both Tim and Larry who are very polite, knowledgeable and helpful. I would recommend this center for service.

Went in with some battery issues found was the alt with no appointment fit me in and got the job done very quickly . I was very impressed with the work .
