Had to bring my car in for warranty work. The Service department has been amazing to work with. They found a few other things that they could fix under warranty as well so they did it while they had it. I am so happy that I decided to bring my car here for work.

I just bought my first car from Hilltop on Monday. I LOVE IT. I really appreciated the staff's patience and honesty with me throughout the entire process. It's not easy buying your FIRST car, and not once did I ever feel pressured or unsure. I also need to add the first (and only) car I test drove was the one I ended up purchasing. Matt, Aaron & Kylie were all great! Thank You :)

I bought a brand new car here last week.  We had sat down the Saturday before I got the car and had all the numbers worked out.  They ordered the car for me and called us to tell us everything was all set and to come in to sign the papers.  When we got there, they did not include the gap insurance in the contract and and told me I needed to pay an extra $500.00 that day if I wanted the insurance. Who in their right mind finances a $30,000 car without gap insurance?  They also didnt include the Maine State sales tax in the contract like we had figured in a few days before, and was told that it wasnt allowed from the lender.  My credit was ran 8 times, bringing my score way down.  I was told not to worry cause I was just shopping around.  Im sorry, but its my credit, not theirs.  They did give me an extra $500.00 for my trade in so that covered the gap insurance, but I still have to pay out of pocket for the maine tax which I had not factored into my budget because I just gave them a $1500.00  down payment. At the end of the day,  I bit my tongue and signed the papers. Our salesman Matt was nice and friendly, but the manager basically took over  1/4 way through the sale.   I do have a beautiful new car but had a bad experience and would not recommend this dealership.

Just got my new car from here a few days ago. Kevin Goodwin and Kevin Chevlin were both unbelievably accommodating. They put a lot of extra work into making sure I received the car that I wanted, including having to do extra paperwork when I changed my mind and wanted a different car! Everyone there was extremely courteous, patient and informative. If there were issues, they were addressed promptly and fixed right away. I will definitely go here again, when it's time for a new car.

First time for service, perfect! oil & filter,  cabin air filter, rotate tires, told 1hr. got truck back in 1 hr.
