Please pay attention to the one star ratings. I am sure most would give zero stars if possible. This place is horrible! They made me wait for almost 5 hours stating they did not think my dog was that sick. When they finally took me back, the vet stated I had a very sick dog. We sat there and watched the staff have pizza delivered, the front desk was left unoccupied for long periods of time. They tried to charge me for an ultrasound that was never done. My dog did not make it. When he took a turn for the worse, no one contacted me. If I had not called, I would never have known. For the money they charge, service should be so much better. Do not be fooled by the response from the owner. He is uncaring and incredibly greedy. I did go to the Veterinary board, but was never allowed to see the records the vet submitted, so who knows what they said. It is very sad that they take such advantage when people are in a very stressful situation. Horrible, horrible place. Stay away!

I'd like to update the previous rating with this one, we went and there was huge wait and unsanitary condition and most that worked there didn't seemed to enthusiastic, but however gladly the medicine we got from them actually helped our puppy survive and now he is well so I am raising this from 1 star to 3. Realistically it would be a 5 star for giving proper medicine to heal the dog which is most important. but a 1 or 0 star for customer service. and 0 for sanitation.

The staff here is amazing! One of our dogs was hit by a car and taken here. Within 5 minutes, they assessed the condition of the dog, let us know all of our options, how much it would cost, and the likelihood of survival prior to doing anything. They were upfront, informative, honest and even reduce the bill to reflect actual costs instead of charging the full amount of the bill. That's customer service. I highly recommend!

My wife and I brought our dog in because he had a nail that looked like it could have been broken. We were a bit nervous because we had never been here before, however if we ever have any other immediate issues we will never take our dog anywhere else. The staff not only removed the nail but they cut all the other nails for free. We were blown away by the AMAZING treatment that we received. We would recommend this clinic to anyone that is having an issue with one of their pets.

This place is the reason my cat is dead. My cat was "blocking" which means his urinary tract was growing crystals and when they do that they have to be put on a special diet to prevent the crystals. The doctor was with us for maybe 5 minutes after we waited for about 5 hours. The vet tech did a horrible job prioritizing what needed to be done and what could've waited. She said the diet wasn't a necessity and gave us pain meds for him and a medication that relaxed his urethra, they never told us to follow up with our regular vet, temporary symptom relief, not a solution to the problem, we didn't know better and trusted the "professionals." I will never bring my pets here ever again and I will never recommend anybody to go here. I've already told friends and family and I've had some people tell me their horror stories as well! A week later he got really bad again and we took him to the 24 hour vet in Loomis and they took him in the second we walked in the door and they put us in a room and the doctor came and talked to us immediately and was with us the whole time, when we told her what was going on and explained that we took him to the vet in Roseville and told her what they had us do for him she was surprised they didn't tell us the diet was a necessity and they didn't treat the problem like it was as emergent as it was. She explained to us that she was going to have to do surgery and he was going to have to stay there for a couple days. We got home and an hour later they called us saying he wasn't going to make it, we rushed over and I held him in my arms, crying harder than I've ever cried in my life, as he took his last breath and his heart beat for the last time. If we had taken him to the 24 hour vet in Loomis he would still be with us today.... please don't take your furbabies here...
