Every time we've visited Bird & Pet Clinic we have been greeted with a nice smile, a "Hello" and are made very comfortable.  The staff as well as the technicians and doctors are well versed on what any animal needs and are efficient in achieving their goals.  There has never been any pressure to purchase anything though they will suggest things your pet may need and why.  Their pricing is very fair and the quality is exceptional.

This is a wonderful place. I have pet mice, which makes it difficult to find proper vet care. Most vets that I've been to had very little experience with pocket pets. The vets at this clinic know just from looking at my little mouse that she is sick. They explain their entire thought process to me as we figure out treatment plans. Euthanasia, which is already difficult enough to do, is actually quite cheap here. It's such a huge relief that I don't have to drive myself completely broke to give a suffering mouse some peace. When a mouse passes, I receive a lovely card from the clinic in the mail. 
I only have one issue with this place, but it is so minor that I didn't feel like docking a star off my rating:
-I don't think their records show deceased pets at first glance, so sometimes the person at the front desk will ask me if my appointment or prescription refill is for a mouse that has already passed away. I understand that this is just a minor slip, but it's a little painful at times.

Great vet care here. They cared for my orphan kitties and they are wonderful. While I was there I saw a bunny, a bird, and a lizard come in. They do it all, and they do it awesome. Great customer service.

I took in my cockatiel for a checkup since he wasn’t acting very normal. They took him back for some testing, and they were so good with him, that he trusted them enough to be on their shoulders and pick him up without issues. He’s very picky when it comes to who picks him up, so he definitely felt loved and trusted. 
I’m glad we found this vet because it’s the only avian vet that’s close in our area. I definitely trust them.
The only issue I had was with them putting me in the system although they were very helpful once I was in the office trying to pay. They just had my name mixed up. Their vets are so nice and the staff is caring and love all animals that walk in the door, and it is very well noticed. One receptionist said, “I don’t know how we get work done with all of these ADORABLE animals walking in the door!”

The Bird and Pet Clinic has been a wonderful vet for my animal family members for over 15 years.  I love the folks there!  They really are the best around.  The clinic is clean, well run, and the folks are very knowledgeable and friendly.  I highly recommend them if you need a vet in this area.
