Kind, honest and knowledgeable.  Removed a tick for $10 incl. office visit.   Just because they  don't spend $1000s in leather furniture for the office does't mean they aren't great.  I love the fact that they love animals and aren't trying gouge people who need help with their pets.

Had to put my 17 year old cat down. They were so compassionate and professional. Never once felt like they were just trying to get money out of me. They let me go through the process at my own speed and talked me through all of it. It wasn't my first time with this but they knew that grief clouds the thoughts. Would definitely recommend.

Dr. Case is awesome been going to her since 2001 I would recommend her to my family or friends.

They were recommended to me by a friend who I trusted. I have a very ill elderly cat they were kind and got me in right away but they absolutely do not return calls! After $200 worth of blood test you think they would at least tell you the results without me making three phone calls. Once I finally talked to a vet I tried to call back the next day because I was worried about his continual weight loss and was told she only works one day a week. Was also told someone would return my call this did not happen. Now I'm in a horrible spot I don't trust them have to find a new vet Meanwhile my cat is getting skinnier and very sick.

This small space is huge in heart! The staff are always patient and polite to us fur baby parents...
Even the doctors on call are amazing! I love that doc really is there for the animals... I highly recommend them to anyone!
