Had an appointment on 10 May at 10AM to review our requirement to develop a proposal/quote. The individual assigned to us by the vendor was a no show. Called the office to see if that person was running late, they didn't know where she was. The office told me they'll reach out to her and have her contact me. She calls asking if we're still good to go for tomorrow, nonchalantly, as if nothing is wrong. I tell her that no I'm not good to go tomorrow because our appointment was for TODAY @ 10AM! I took time off from work to be available but obviously insuring appointment times/dates are met is not a priority for this vendor. There are way more pool installers in this area and I'm sure there are lot that will keep their appointment times because it's important to them. I simply told the lady that I'm crossing you all off the list. If you can't even keep the introductory appointment then why would anyone trust you with their business? Nope, I'll find someone else!

Enlisted B M Wemple Pools, Inc to install a rather large in-ground pool at my home. Since the beginning we have encountered numerous issues with their workmanship, materials and overall professional work ethics of their employees and upper management. We selected certain tiles to be used which were a more expensive tile. They came with the wrong tiles and installed them. They argued that they were the correct tiles and wouldn't change them until we showed proof of the tiles we selected. The deck color was also incorrect. There were components of the pool which were paid for in addition that were also not installed until we brought it to their attention. (Overflow) The pool was only a little over a two years old and already experiencing water leakage from several areas, equipment failures, tiles cracking/breathing, deck cracking, etc... Post 1 month completion - Overflow system was not functioning correctly so when it rained the pool would re-fill with dirty water. A supervisor was sent to check for leaks, said there were no leaks argued with us and ultimately had us enlist a 3rd party company to detect and fix the leaks – WHICH THERE WERE. Spent a ton of time and effort to maintain contact with their management going back and forth on what needed to be done and was impossible to get an "estimated" completion date or any sort of commitment to resolve any issues whatsoever. Most messages that we left were ignored. Ultimately we tried to get some issues resolved that fall under their “limited warranty” which they will twist and turn, find any loop holes in the contract to not perform ANY warranty work. Strongly recommend going with any other pool contractors as your experience will be significantly better and you’ll probably deal with people that have a much more professional experience and work ethic.

We did a lot of research before picking a pool contractor. We felt that since Atlas had been in business so long and appeared to be attentive to customers complaints, in all the reviews we could find, that we would not be making a mistake to select Atlas. In the end it was the right choice. The sales staff worked hard to adjust the design to accommodate our wishes and we are very happy with the design results especially considering we were on a budget like most. We did have issue with the superintendent who didn't seam to look at the subs work so we had to constantly point out issue with the trades finished work and get it corrected. In the end the work was completed to our almost satisfaction, we are disappointed with the finish in the pool. We have streaking that runs down the side of the swim out in the deep end and some inconsistent coloring in the bottom (We chose the grey harbor mini pearl I think it's called). We were told by the superintendent that this would fade away but almost a year later and it hasn't faded at all. I've heard the horror stories from friends who had pools installed that took several months to get completed. We were told 10 weeks by Atlas and they finished right on time, probably would have been a week ahead of schedule if our fence crew could have kept up. So end result, if you keep a good eye on the work you will get what you bargain for and we could not beat their pricing. If I was to build another pool I would not hesitate to call Atlas again, as a matter of fact we have recommended Atlas to all that have inquired about making a pool contractor selection. We hope this review helps you in making your pool contractor selection.

If you're researching pool builders, get off your couch and go visit Adam at this design center! Great communication and reasonable cost. I sketched out my design and Adam turned it into a realistic model. Ty Harbin, the construction manager, brought it to life. I always knew what was going on and was able to get through 95% of the construction process even though I was in Boston, MA. I asked a ton of questions but Adam and Ty always had the answer. Construction took about 10 weeks. Please keep in mind that grass and irrigation will need to replaced and that will be the case with any pool construction company. I currently use Atlas' sister company for pool maintenance as I learn more about the process myself.

Our big beautiful pool just finish about 2 months ago, designed by Steve Felices. High tech and advance and functional is the three key word I will like to describe my pool. The pool was design for everybody in mind. While the wife is in the SPA, the children in the shallow part and the adults in the deeper section swimming continuously (with endless pool). I won the jackpot when Ty Harbin was assign as our pool construction supervisor. Everything went smoothly with him. He was open to suggestion therefore preventing any problem created by the pool design as well as the topography. Ty was fantastic!
