My daughter is traveling to Africa and there was a scare about ATM cards. I called Chase because they are a big bank, not because I have an account there. A gentleman named Von was incredible. He called a friend of his who travels to the same country and asked many questions. He called me back for more information to relay to his friend and then provided me with everything I needed to feel confident that I am sending my daughter into a financially safe situation.  Looks like I will be changing banks. Thank you, Von!

I went into the bank needing to close my checking account. Since I hadn't been using it for a few months, I kept on getting charged a fee every month for it. But I figured I would just eat those charges and get it closed to avoid future ones. When I went in everyone was very friendly and polite to me, even though it was close to closing time. When the banker came to help me and I told him my problem, he said it was no trouble at all got it done in less than 10 min. He even offered to link my current debit card to a different account for convenience. And lastly he reimbursed me for the service charges and moved them to my other account for me. My experience with this chase was wonderful and I am very grateful to all the workers there :)

I closed my account using a draper location a few months ago, went into this location last week since i got an email saying my e statement was ready. They said it was in a pending status but theyd take care of it to make sure it got closed. A few hours later i got an email saying my email preferences were changed, so i called a diff location. He called the banker help hotline, called me back and said they would close it out for me since it was in that pending status so never got fully closed. He said to call in a week to follow up and make sure it got closed
