I've been banking here for over 21yrs; am EXTREMELY upset with the bank tellers & manager. Their outside Atm machine malfunctioned & stuck; couldn't get my large withdrawal out; bank employees refused to repay me the cash! If their atm isn't working; they should post a notice on the machine; so customers won't get ripped off like I did!

Absolute worst Company. Branch inst the issue here. First of all if someone does steal your card and they use it Union bank cant cancel any "Pending" charges and you also cant file a claim on any "Pending" charges. Secondly if you don't have credit because you've never had a credit card, union bank will deny every single vendor that calls to get approval to give you a card no matter what you average balance is in your account. Union Bank I'm breaking up with you after being a customer for 14 years because of all of this

Steve is awesome. I deposited a large check from another bank and it was put on hold for week. Big problem here because I needed to close on my house before the rate lock expired.  Steve took care of it. He called the bank, verified funds and lifted the hold next day.  Also,props to Andrew for putting me through to Steve right away when I called.  - Dan

This bank institution sucks its self. I'm a small business owner. Stay away they don't care. They say they are for small business till they screw you. Every Penney faints when your a small business. They have no protection against your money being stolen and have to go through just way to much to get it back. This bank sucks!!!!!

I banked here for 15 years. They started closing branches so I closed my accounts and on the day I closed them these people could truly care less

Wonderful staff especially, Cheri!  I've been banking there all my life. Truly customer service oriented.

Very long wait time. I had Dr.appointment  and came to this location at 9:25 but they opened at 10:00

Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Sometimes it can busy during certain times of the month like any bank.

Very good, teller was very friendly, courteous and very professional.

Truly a garbage bank. Horrific employees.
