Always understaffed. 10am, 2 tellers and 3 guest service account people. Always like this. Terrible. As far as the employees? Excellent. That why 2 stars. The ATM is not very safe and there are no -"No loitering / Trespassing" signs posted.

This Golden 1 is the worst one Ive been to. Its the only one in town and for them to have this knowledge,  they are always short staffed, the lines always take forever with the tellers. The bankers are slow. I waited an hour to open up a second account for my daughter to be told that my letter from social security was in the wrong format. They gave me completely different information from the branch i visited in turlock the day before. The ATM is always broken...forcing you to go outside of the branch to an atm where your charged Fees. They really need to do a better job. I. Seriously considering leaving golden 1 and its mainly because of this branch. I literally have to expect to be in the bank 30-hour if i need to go to this branch which is ridiculous.  Please hire more people..get it together. A thousand smile's wont make up for wasted time.

Worst bank in the world. Switching banks asap. Card declines all the time and I get locked out of my account every time I go to use it.

Customer service is good, coin machine is free if you have a certain amount in your account and wait times can be a little while but not too long

I give them 4.5 stars because they are wonderful overtime I interact with them.  Everyone is professional and polite to me.  I never wait long and I just love the ATM deposit functions.

I have banked with Credit Unions for 30 years, I love them, they are fantastic banks, since you know exactly what is going on with your money.  That to me is the essential function of what a CU does.

Parking is the only issue, I don't feel very safe after dark at the ATM.
