I've only purchased glasses and frames here because we left LA before I needed my next eye appointment. The office staff was GREAT! They spent a lot of time trying to help me pick up the right frames. It turned out the ones I picked had manufacturing issues and broke earlier than expected. They were very responsive to my concerns and helped me find a replacement frame. My one wish is that they had more options for people with low bridges, but I think this is a problem for most eye clinics in New Mexico since there aren't many Asians here. I like plastic frames since I have a strong prescription and need thick lenses. I found some items online via Amazon to help keep my frames in place - you can get adhesive nose pads and silicone ear hooks (I cut off the hook portion and just use part of it to help prevent slipping). A bummer to have to reinforce my glasses all the time, but it works!

I've been going here for years with no problems. They always are pretty helpful and one guy even spent an entire hour helping me pick out a pair of glasses. My current insurance won't pay for glasses but they offered me a really great discount on glasses since my insurance won't help. Every time I've gone, everyone's been real nice and the dr might not be super "peppy" but he is polite and does his job well. All-in-all, I've always had good experiences with them and recommend this place. The only complaint I have is that they have limited their selection of glasses then what it used to be.

The doctor found the contact lenses very comfortable and fitting well for me (I have bad astigmatism), and people at the reception desk were also knowledgeable and helpful.

Rude people wanting to sell what you don't need.

Doctor seems to hate his job and is very unhappy. the office is poorly managed to say the least. I would not recommend this place if it was the only one in town! They tried to give me the damaged display and when I seen it they said they would order a new frame and itTook 8 weeks for glasses to finally arrive or for Management to actually take the time and put in the order.
