At Los Alamos Children's Dentistry, were given everything we needed with friendliness, great service, timeliness, and personal attention. The office staff, Selina and Jordan, were helpful in setting us up as new patients, flexible with scheduling, and knowledgeable about billing and insurance. Dr. Nichols, Andrea, and Reina worked smoothly together to manage our visit and get us out the door to suit our families tight schedule. Andrea remembered us from an earlier phone consultation, and at the time of visit, she voluntarily offered solutions to meet our needs. Dr. Nichol's interactions with my children were gentle, positive, informative, and friendly. We plan to continue seeking care with Los Alamos Children's Dentistry and would highly recommend this practice for families in Los Alamos.

Simply the best children’s dentist we have ever had. Caring, careful, gentle, humorous. My son had a root canal and Dr. Bill handled it like a champ! I can’t recommend highly enough.

I loved everything about Los Alamos Children's Dentistry. Dr. Nichols and his staff made my daughter feel comfortable and relaxed, she wasn't scared at all. she had a bad experience at a children's dentist in Santa Fe, NM they held her down scared her. I'm glade that she had a positive experience with Dr. Nichols and his staff. She approved and doesn't want to go any where else. Thank you Dr. Nichols and staff for be so great with kids!

My daughter had previously had a terrible experience at just for grins in Santa Fe and was terrified of the dentist. After reading great reviews at Los Alamos children's dentistry we decided to go ahead and give it a shot. The staff was super friendly and they took excellent care with my daughter. We have definitely overcome the fear of the dentist and recommend that if you are looking for a great dentist with quick service, professional and friendly staff and a comfortable experience then give this place a shot!! You won't be disappointed!

Our girls enjoyed the office atmosphere. The staff is really nice and thorough! Great location. Overall great office visit experience for our family!
