My husband had open heart surgery in the spring of this year 2017. Five of his vessels were blocked. He had wonderful care by the staff . There was a very minor incident involving one of the nurses. The situation was handled quickly and fairly. His call lights were answered in a timely manner and we were very pleased with the overall experience. The rooms are large ,clean and private.

Because of my history of drug abuse I was not even treated like a human being with legitimate pain. I have 2 years in recovery and was in excruciating back pain. Doc would not do any imaging or prescribe ANY medicine not even non-narcotics. Spent 2 minutes talking to me and was gone. Same with nurse. Both were rude.

was in the recovery area after breaking my back. Everyone was very nice and professional. No issues with anyone or anything. Oct 2017 fell broke 4 ribs I was taken to the emergency room. From the time they brought me in i had no issue with anyone until then night. The 3rd shift orderly  was not very polite and extremely rude. But I would go back for any time.

Doesn't even deserve a star rating HORRIBLE I've been in and out of hospitals & this is by far the worst hospital ever.They lie & are abusive.I told Dr.Mitchel to NOT give me Geodone b/c it made my heart palpitate & he kept giving me the drug 3 times.Each & everytime it felt like my heart was about to jump out of my chest.I had a colonoscopy done & it was by far the worst ever toilet filled with blood I've had this done over 10 times & never ever experienced this.I really would love to sue them.I was in psychiatric unit & they taunted & tried to provoke fights with me.They ripped my jacket in their nurses locker is what they told me.I asked for a piece of paper & pencil to write down everything they did give me this then sent in a supposed patient to get me to leave my room.I went to go to her room to talk she wasn't there.When I got back to my room the paper was gone.I had Norma & Debbie whom tried to do my iv 7 times kept digging at my veins.I was crying & so upset.Steve came in & got it like that very sweet guy.They told me Dr.Hacker was going to do my colonoscopy I was like HUM Dr.Hacker ok.When I had this done & got upstairs the toilet was filled with blood.I went to go wash my hands & I noticed a huge bruise on my head.Thinking back I remember the nurse whom I asked who was going to do the colonoscopy she had a metal tray in her hand.When I was counting back from 10 I swear I truely believe she hit me in the head with it.I've NEVER ever had to deal with something like this.I wouldn't recommend this hospital NOT even to my worst enemy not even Satan himself.This guy Jake who was a nurse there called me a snot nosed brat I'm 35 yrs.old I was like OMG.When I told them no more Geodone 6 of them piled on me & gave me this drug in my back read up on it I'm NOT lying.I'm 43 yrs old now & my GOD it's still fresh in my head.Don't get me wrong there were some really wonderful nurses but these individuals were the worst.Debbie,Norma,Rose whom administered the drug Geodone she's in the psychiatric ward unit,Dr.Mitchell,Jake,Eileen who tried provoking a fight with me,& Toni who was going up & down the hallway yelling there's going to be a fight there's going to be a fight.I'm like you're a nurse maybe you need this drug more so than me.STAY AWAY from this DAMN HORRIBLE hospital their lucky they even got 1 star from me.I lived in Loveland at the time.I told them I was suing them & that they better get me a ride home preferrably with a female driver.They did this for me & it was a 45 minute drive so I know I was really really right.Jewish hospital & Christ hospitals are the best in Cincinnati.I live 10 minutes away from West Chester hospital & they wouldn't get me a ride home b/c they couldn't.I don't have a problem with them either this just confirms how right I am.This hospital needs to be evaluated & looked at SERIOUSLY.

I would give negative stars, if possible. We waited for over two hours to get get pain meds. The nurses were not rude. But they weren’t nice. They seemed annoyed that I would ask for pain meds or an ice pack. 
I would definitely not recommend. And the only reason my son went there was because he was transported by ambulance.
Edit: nurse just said , “oh good. She actually did a good job” regarding the stitches my son got to his face!!!

Another edit: just noticed that there’s a plaque on the wall that reads, “Pain management is OUR GOAL”
